Playa De Jandia is located at the southern tip of Fuerteventura with soft sandy beaches stretching for 32km along the coastline. The beaches here are probably the nicest in all of the island, great for windsurfing in the gentle breeze and for families to paddle in the calm, warm waters.
The weather in Playa De Jandia can range from 19°-24° in the winter, whilst in the summer months a lovely 26°-31° making it a good holiday destination all year round. There is a selection of fine restaurants and tapas bars where you can sample international and local cuisine, and just along the coast in the resort of Morro Jable you will find fantastic fish restaurants dotted around the pretty harbour and lovely seafront serving exquisite Canarian dishes. The nightlife in Playa De Jandia has a few lively bars and cafes spread along the seafront as well as a number of late night bars in the centre. There is a large shopping centre in Playa De Jandia and a number of tourist shops lining the beachfront selling souvenir bargains.
