Punta Prima is one of the original resorts in Menorca, chosen for it`s fantastic beach, and is located on the southern tip of the island, attracting couples and families due to it`s great facilities, friendly atmosphere and relaxed nightlife.
Punta Prima weather can vary between 13-21° out of season and up to 32° during the summer months, so make sure you pack the sun cream to laze the day away, topping up that tan. The crescent-shaped, white sand, Blue Flag beach shelves gently into the shallow sea, backed by beach bars offering ice cold drinks and snacks. Nightlife in Punta Prima is mostly hotel based, although the bars and restaurants do stay open until around midnight, so if you are looking for a lively night out then just head to nearby Mahon for a wide choice of discos and nightclubs. The same goes for shopping, with a handful of mini-markets selling the holiday essentials in Punta Prima and Mahon offering plenty of boutiques and fashion shops.
